Answer: Both answers are correct. Berocca has a range of products, some contain caffeine and some don’t. -

Why aren't these Berocca wrapped in foil like the ones I buy from the supermarket?
Answer: I think it might be gradually changing and they are dropping the use of the foil. All the ones I have recently bought from local shops didn't have the foil wrap instead they had the kind of plastic safety ring connected to the cap like you would find on soda bottles. -

Why does Berocca contain aspartame when it has no health benefit? What are the alternative products I can use?
Answer: It's just for the benefit of taste similarly to the various flavors Berocca comes in. There are various multivitamin supplements on the market all of which serve exactly the same purpose. The only difference might be the vitamin content and the format in which they come. I buy this one in particular because it tastes nice :) if you aren't fussy about the taste you could just buy tablets. -

How much Vit C is in this and how much of the other vitamins? I can't get an answer even on their website!
Answer: I looked on my tube of the Orange flavor tablets and it said: Vitamin C per tablet, 476mg, 595%NRV (Nutritional Reference Value). The other vitamins are too numerous to mention. Why not look at a pack in a chemist's shop? They are widely sold in the UK. As ever, this is not an 'official' statement and you should base any decision to purchase on your own research and health needs.
