  • Question: Is the adhesive film non-toxic?

    Answer: Yes, the adhesive film is non-toxic, allowing for a variety of use cases.
  • Question: What surfaces does it have excellent adhesion to?

    Answer: It has excellent adhesion to glass, ceramic, soap, candles, nails, and more.
  • Question: In what formats is the product available?

    Answer: The product is available in 10, 20, and 100 sheets in US paper format, letter, and legal.
  • Question: Do you have recommendation on the ink that safe for skin?

    Answer: I’d say it’s safe for skin. I used this to make temporary tattoos for an art project, covered my brother with them and his skin was fine despite having a history of eczema.
  • Question: Will this work on fabric?

    Answer: I used it on shoes and then sealed it with moge poge stuff. But it's did start cracking the image after a while.. but it worked for the time I needed them.
  • Question: Has any one tried laser cutting this product, ie. printing a design and fixing to acrylic sheet and laser cutting to make a puzzle?

    Answer: These are quite thin when off the backing paper so if you're going to laser cut them I would certainly protect them with a good layer of varnish before cutting.
  • Question: Do you need to apply clear lacquer before immersing the printed image in water, like with the ink jet versions?

    Answer: No, being laser printed labels there is no ink so print, soak, apply. Simples. Just be aware that the sheet is clear so if you print decals which require a white background, you'll need to paint that area on the model with white paint. I've done that and it looks great.
  • Question: When applied to a mug will it be Dishwasher proof?

    Answer: I'd be very wary of using a dishwasher. Use a sealant such as model varnish but only hand wash the item.
  • Question: Is it waterproof?

    Answer: It can be wiped clean with a damp cloth but put it in water for a few seconds and it will float off.
  • Question: Will this work ok with a brother mfc-l3710cw? if not, do you have a suggested printer please?

    Answer: I have used this with our HP Colour Laset Jet Prof MFP479fdn printer and it works great. The brochure says it will work on any laser printer - so if yours is a lasert printer, then it should work well. Hope this helps. Ann.
