The P.volve ankle resistance bands offer resistance to help sculpt and lengthen muscles in the hips, butt, and thighs. These ankle bands come in two sizes, the peach-colored band for light resistance while the mint-colored band offers heavy resistance. The light band is 12lbs, and the heavy band is 17lbs. Both bands are 30 inches in length. The bands are comfortable to wear and can also be velcroed on the wrist. However, some customers have raised concerns about the quality and durability of the bands. There were reports of the light ankle band snapping within two months of use. There were also issues with uneven and loose stitching, rough edges, and burn holes on the ankle band. Another recurring issue was with the Velcro part falling apart.
