Answer: I have a grey beard and used black, its coverage was excellent. The best part when I showered it washed out completely. The downside, gray came back. -

Answer: I had bleached blonde and grey hair and it did not stay in my hair permanently so I believe it will just wash out on yours like it did mine. -
