How can I remove the creases from the product?
Answer: Due to shipping restrictions, the product must be folded before shipping, which may cause creases. To remove them, you can hang the product flat with a heavy object hanging under it to keep it stretched. You can also lay the background cloth flat on a surface, use a wet towel on the back, and lightly iron with a steam iron.
