Do these have velcro fasteners?
Answer: No, they are attached to your shoes/boot’s by the fact they are stretched from the heel to the toe. The rubber/spring system cover the base of the footwear. I wear them when the snow freezes & found they give me a lot of confidence on the icy surface, especially when walking the dog, I won’t walk them with wearing them now. Hope this help’s! -
