BURLY Shocks Editorial Review
The BURLY B28-1004 Chrome Finish Slammer Kit is designed to lower Harley Davidson motorcycles by 1-3 inches. This kit comes with coil over shocks to replace the standard air shocks, and these shocks have adjustable rings to adjust preload and ride height. The customer service for this product is helpful and responsive. The ride with this kit is more aggressive, and bumps on the road are more noticeable. The center of gravity is lowered, allowing for more control. The kit fits a variety of Harley Davidson models, but the front fork legs must be removed completely to install springs. Overall, customers like the kit because it lowers their bike and the bike looks more stable.
