Question:
When can these be planted in Oregon?
Answer: I can’t answer your question regarding planting time in Oregon but I can tell you the seeds did not do well in Oklahoma. I tried putting some directly in a flowerpot (they never did germinate) and also tried to plant some under a growing light. The seeds under the growing light came up but when I tried to transplant them outside they all died. -

Is it ok to plant in garden, and around kids and pets?
Answer: Yes they are pretty too. -

Will these produce seed pods that can be used to grow another plant?
Answer: Yes they produce pods. I will find out next summer if they germinate. -
Question:
when do you plant tulips
Answer: Hi - before the first hard frost. The ground needs to be cold to keep the bulbs from growing upward. This is why they bloom in Spring when the ground is warm with sunshine.
