It has a combination of ingredients that include cooked lobster, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, dried onion and garlic, potato flour, corn oil, and xanthan gum. The product is affordable, and you can store it in the fridge for years. However, it is not advisable to freeze it after opening. The sodium content of this lobster broth is 680 mg, making it slightly high in sodium. Unfortunately, some customers received broken jars and were not able to get a refund.
