The bouncer comes with a vibration feature and toys. However, its quality is questionable with some reviewers noting that the fabric is not stretchy and it can flip over easily. On the positive side, the bouncer is machine washable, is breathable and can hold up to 20 lbs. Parents modifying the bouncer to allow newborns to sit comfortably is doable but might be tedious.
